Waterblack is an alternative rock band formed in 1998 in Limassol, Cyprus. The band was founded by childhood friends Andreas Economides (Vocals, Guitar) and Chris Charalambides (Keyboards). They began performing in the UK and Cyprus, recruiting Marcos Economides (Drums), Jonny Vatikiotis (Guitar) and Byron Athinodorou (Bass). In 2012, Jonny Vatikiotis was replaced with Xenios Ioannou (Guitar).
